Simply rub a little of this balm on your chest, under your nose, at your throat and even on your back.
Steam Treatment Steps:
On stove top, place pan with water and bring to a boil. Turn stove off. then add 1 tablespoon of Be Relieved Balm. Lean over the pan, pull a towel behind your head AND shoulders to create a TENT like effect, which keeps the steam from escaping. Breathe in the steam, taking turns between deep breaths and small breaths. Continue this treatment for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, if comfortable. Can also be used with Humidifiers. Or, try a treatment in a hot shower by first applying to your chest and back.
